Diamond Physical Therapy “One Step” Campaign

Dominion Digital’s very first client. This company is a homegrown physical therapy office with the longest tenure in the Westmoreland County Area. They came to Dominion Digital with a product, a unique product so new to the area that majority of the market was naive to this technology. Diamond PT needed help with a full scale PR Launch of their new Cryotherapy Chamber. Cryotherapy is another method of treatment that followed the trend of “Cold Plunging.” And this sparked the “One Step” Campaign.

We started creating a personable approach by creating educational and interactive website that allowed for patients and new users to learn about the benefits of Cryotherapy. We created seamless avenues for patients to, schedule appointments online, interact with the social media pages, and quickly get in contact with the offices.

We utilized strategic influencer marketing to help disseminate initial information regarding the treatment modality. This led to mutually beneficial business partnerships with local colleges and gyms that offered discount pricing for student athletes and members of partnering fitness facilities. This initiative the subscription based model that Diamond PT was looking to create with its new treatment plan.

Owner Jerry Deriso started Diamond PT with the intention of creating a more personable approach to physical therapy.

The campaign started in December of 2022, and in six months we grew Diamond PT’s social presence by over 500%. We increased the website viewership by the thousands in a couple months, and brought in over 65 membership acquisitions through the 6 month campaign.
