Dominion Digital is a privately owned enterprise that reserves the rights to all intellectual property associated on this website. All intellectual property created by Dominion Digital is owned by Dominion Digital until proper contract and invoices have been finalized. Dominion Digital reserves the right to legal action if creative property is improperly distributed or monetized without the written permission from Dominion Digital.

Partnerships with Dominion Digital will be finalized in writing, the agreement will be signed by both parties. Initial deposits for work are 20% of total payment. When the job is complete the final 80% will be invoiced to the client and can be paid in full or set up on payment increments (up to 3 payment increments).
